I had this idea earlier for an open roleplay. Please feel free to join in if you're interested.
Spencer struggled to get out of the car he barely fit into in the first place. Leaving the house was the last thing he (or his doctor) wanted to do, but his refrigerator and pantry was empty considering he had been eating like a mad man for the past few days. He knew that his 200-plus pound weight gain was not at all healthy, but he couldn't help himself. Spencer's pace was just faster than a slow crawl, he lumbered through the parking lot. It seems though his belly was leading the way, given its absolutely enormous size. Spencer was relieved to have finally gotten a cart so he could use it to support some of his massive weight. As he walked through the market, he remembered that he needed a can of green beans for a casserole he was going to cook that night. He noticed they were on the bottom shelf, and began his decent towards them. Spencer was lucky to get pants on today, let alone grab a can of beans from the lowest shelf in the store. He admittedly looked rediculous trying to grab them, but was unsuccessful in his attempts.

Doctor Ron Taylor, a second year pediatric resident, was at the grocery store buying comfort food and trying to keep his mind off of his newly ex-boyfriend. He passed the canned foods isle and an especially large framed individual caught his eye, when he took a second look he realized it was a young man, apparently quite far along in his pregnancy. It was obvious to Doctor Taylor that the man's pregnancy cravings had gotten the best of him in the last stages of the third trimester. But there was something he could not identify about the man, somehow his large belly was so sexy he just wanted to rub it all over. Maybe it was just the recent break-up, he thought to himself, but no this felt different, felt right. Ron walked up to the man, struggling to bend down to get a can of green beans, and grabbed it for him. He introduced himself, and told Spencer, after the man had introduced himself to Ron, that he could see how much stress the pregnancy was putting on his body, and that he was a doctor, so if he wanted someone to see him home and make sure he was ok, since it looked like he could start having contractions at any minute, Ron would be happy to escort him home.

Spencer was happy to see a friendly face out in public. These days all he got were looks of disapproval from other, being unmarried and extremely pregnant. All the man wanted was to save the little bit of the dignity he had left by doing something productive for the day, and not sit at home in front of the television, in his underwear, finishing off a carton of ice cream, counting down the seconds until labor. Spencer was having the greatest time with Ron, the last couple of days have been rough on him. They talked about everything. Since it was the longest time Spencer had stayed vertical (walking around the market for about an hour already) his pace slowed, his footsteps were a little wider than before. Noticing that their daddy was having a great time, the babies thought it to be a good idea to start kicking. But at this late stage, the tiny flutters Spencer once knew, were now jabs, rolls, and punches. "Ooooff, seems like they just woke up, wanna feel, Ron?"
I was needing to go to the store to fill up on supplies since I was really running low on food to eat at my place, due to the growing mouths I was carrying. At 6 months along with 5, my belly was massive and made me look like I had devoured a huge bar of food. I managed to waddle out to my car and I started it up, driving to the market to stock up. I was also taken, my girlfriend being just as pregnant as I was. Her parents were really rich, and left her a huge mansion in their will and an outrageously huge amount of cash when they passed away recently. Anyway, my belly was like a magnet as I soon reached my destination and got out, grabbing a nearby cart. I filled it up with food for the house and a second cart with snack food for myself, since I had certainly ballooned outward over the past several months. A vast majority of the weight I gained went straight to my belly, but I had also noticed that my hips and rump had gotten almost as huge, making my backside look simply huge.

Spencer continued to slowly make his way around, his enormously bulging belly began to peek out of the bottom of his 7XL t-shirt. He rounded the next corner and noticed another (bigger) person standing there with two carts filled with various types of food and snacks. Spencer made his way down the aisle towards him. After some time, he finally made his way to him and strike up a conversation. "Hey, so it looks like I'm not the biggest belly in here." he said laughingly.
"Oh, hello there." I said as I looked at another guy who was talking to me, looking like he had quite a large belly.

"Hi, I saw you walking in and wanted to introduce myself. You seem to look like a friendly face." said Spencer awkwardly. He hadn't had much contact with other during the last few weeks of his pregnancy, so being in a conversation with another person was a real treat for him. "So, how far along are you?" he asked looking at the man's rotund midsection.
"I'm six months along. And what about you?" I asked, looking at the other man's huge belly.

"Six months?!?! you're only a bit bigger than me, and I was due almost two weeks ago." Spencer said jokingly. "I can't even imagine being bigger than this, but you have three months to go. You're a better man than me."
"So, you're overdue huh?" I asked as I glanced at his belly, then back up at him. "Twins?"

"Wow! you're right. Normally at my size people normally go with triplets or quadruplets." said spencer adjusting his barely fitting pants. "I went a little crazy with the weight gain. I was at the doctors a few days and I weighed in at 421 pounds." he said as he realized this is more information than the other man wanted.
"Well, I think you should be pretty proud of yourself." I said as I patted my own belly. "So what're you doing right now? Shopping?"

"Proud of myself?" he laughed "I gained 160 pounds more than what I should have. I'm definitely regretting that decision right about now." as he steadies himself to keep vertical. "Yea, I was just getting some supplies for the house so i don't have to leave home again for a while, but at the rate I'm going, all this food will be gone, I'll be starving, and still pregnant." said spencer. "I pretty much have everything on my list, did you still have some things to get?"
"I'm just about done shopping for myself; one cart is for my house, and the rest is all for me and my growing babies." I said as I patted my huge gut. "Um, is it alright if I feel your belly?"

"Uhm, sure" he said hesitantly. His belly was incredibly big. His doctor not only attributed it to the abnormally large size of the babies, but more than that, Spencer's womb produced a large amount of amniotic fluid more than double what the normal pregnancy had. Despite his overfilled belly, it was soft to the touch, insulated by a thick layer of fat. Spencer felt the man's hand ever so gently against his jiggly gut. This was the first time in a LONG time he had felt the touch of another person.
"Wow, your belly's really soft, yet really full at the same time." I said as I rubbed the rounded surface of his dome. "If you would like to rub my belly, go ahead."

Spencer closed his eyes as the rub continued. His hormones were going crazy, he didn't know what to do when he got an erection from the mans hands being on his belly, so i didn't say anything. Thank goodness his belly was blocking his view of spencer's crotch. He didn't want to rub the mans belly in fear it would send him over the edge. "It seems to be play time in there." said spencer noticing the babies' movements through his overstretched shirt.
"You know? I gotta say it looks like you have a really nice belly and appetite to go with that." I said. "When's your duedate, even though you're already overdue?"
