The warlock looked at the centaurs and started to laugh demonically before turning into a puff of smoke. Suddenly, a bolt of lightning struck one of the Warriors. The warlock stood behind them, ready of their plans by using a decoy. "Centaurs. Stupid as they are pitiful." He said as he started to attack.

Chase charged ahead with Ryne on his back, shouting to the warlock to stop. "We found a way around your curse!" He shouted. "But now we need your help..." he He said, lowering himself to his knees. "I need your help...." he pleaded.

The warlock looked at Chase and the heavily pregnant Ryne. His eyes staring at the youth. "Why should I? Centaurs killed my family years ago, and now you want my help. What's stopping me from killing your only hope?" He asked.

Chase lowered his head, looking defeated. "You punished all of us for what a few did. My family was killed by humans, but this herd took me in...It doesn't mean I kill every human I see. I even fell in love with one." He said, fighting back tears. "I don't want him to die. Please..."
