The Spoils of War (With Lovebite)

Looking around when he heard his name, Tony moved upstairs to check on the boys though he found himself staring at a small portal that he appeared in his living room. For a moment he was frozen, just staring at it until he heard his name again. "Loki?"

Loki tossed his head back, crying out loudly this time when he felt the contraction, he choked when it peaked and the portal faltered in space time. Until it came back again, he whimpered,"Help me, Stark... Please..."He reached out a hand to him,"Give me Amery... He can-"He sobbed again, turning his head and clinching his fists with a moan.

Tony doesn't seem to think as he goes to get the boy, bringing him back into the room as quick as he could.

"Daddy! Daddy, where have you been?"Amery held an unnatural innocence as he grinned up at Loki, reaching for him,"H-Hi, baby..."He whispered to him, reaching back at him to grasp his hand,"I'm sorry... Daddy's so sorry..."He teared up, his eyes shut as he gripped him, the portal was dragged open further,"Stark... Stark careful..."He whimpered as he dragged himself through,"Help-"

Amery seems to sense something that Tony can't place, his own eyes closing as he squeezes Loki's hand. Tony then moves to help ease Loki through the portal though they have no choice but to leave him laying on the ground. Though before Tony to respond he finds himself with Ryder landing in his arms, the portal closing in the next second.

Loki sank into the carpet beneath him with relief, tears streaming down his face as he brought Amery into his arms and held him against his chest. "Oh my boy... Such a good boy..."He sobbed softly into the top of his head as he held him closely, looking up as he heard a grunt when Ryder landed in his fathers arms finally. The frost giant took in his family, and for the first time in a long while he was truly relieved when he gained his bearings. Though ended up sinking back into the pain he felt as he reached to grip Tony's leg,"Take them..."

Tony looks at Amery before passing Ryder to him. "Go play, call me if you need me." He was relieved when it didn't take long for the boys to disappear into the play room.

The time in Asguard was longer than the time that had passed on Midguard and he almost thought he had went insane while being trapped there for so long. His skin hadn't taken up the usual milky color it was when he used his magic, he was still so weak he couldn't even glamour himself. The least of his problems were trying to look human as he held his over sized middle, turning his head this way and that as he writhed on the floor, moaning now when the pain engulfed him.

Tony runs his hand over Loki's stomach before he picks the god up and carried him upstairs to the bedroom. He lays him down on the bed before going to get a damp rag to try and help cool him down. "Easy, just breath, it will pass."

Loki flinched when Tony touched him, though relaxed as he was gathered up into his arms, he had turned onto his side when the human left. He tensed up again when the towel touched his forehead and leaned into the cool fabric as he sighed heavily, his eyes closing. Despite the agony, he was glad to be home, he was glad to be with Tony and their sons and daughters again.

Tony runs the rag over his face for a minute or two before lightly kissing his forehead. "It's going to be alright." Tony's hand runs over his stomach, feeling the position of the babies.
