"Okay." Ken said. When he felt another contraction he pushed again.

"Great job Ken. Lots of burning now, pant through it."

Ken started panting now. "Burning? What does that mean?"

"With this next push, the baby is going to crown; meaning the head's at the widest part. You'll feel a burning sensation at your opening."

"Oh I see." Kens said. He pushed again feeling the burning sensation.

"Just breathe for a minute. It's to help you stretch slower."

"Okay" Ken said, taking deep breaths.

"Go ahead and push with the next contraction."

Ken obeyed and pushed with his contraction.

"Good, one more and the head will be out."

"Okay" he said in the middle of a pant and pushed again.

"Okay, head's out honey," she says, suctioning the baby's nose and mouth.

"Oh thank god" Ken said while pushing again.

"Almost honey, two more."

"Okay" Ken felt the burning sensation as he continued to relax and push.

"Just like that again and we'll have one here."

Ken panted again and let out one more push. "I cant believe...I still habe two dozen to go." He said.

Amanda gently guided the baby out. "A little boy," she smiles, drying him.

Ken panted heavily. "Oh thank god." He said happily. "Things seem okay now, maybe the next one will come in a little bit.

"Do you want to hold him?" She clamps and cuts the cord.
