"Two more," she encourages.
He groaned. "Okay." He said and pushed once more.
"Good, that's the shoulders, just one more."
Ken panted through the burn and pushed one more time.
"Another boy," she smiled, drying the newborn.
Ken relaxed himself by deep breathing.
"Want to hold him or just keep going?"
Ken was already starting to feel contractions. "Just keep going." He answered.
"Okay, go for it," she says, handing the baby off to a nurse.
Ken took a deep breath and pushed, panting again.
"There you go, good push," she encourages, rubbing his leg again.
Ken felt more motivated, and gave another hard push.
"Keep it up. Just like that."
Ken continued to push with his contractions, breathing heavily.
"Almost there, seeing some hair already," she encourages.
"Good." Ken said, pushing once more.
"Baby will crown with the next one."
"Okay" Ken took a deep breath and pushed again.
"Good job." Darol coaches.
