"This feels fine" Ken said.

"Okay, just push whenever your body tells you to."

"You're doing great." Darol rubs Ken's back.

"Thanks," Ken said, pushing again.

"Just like that, keep it up," Amanda encourages.

"Okay" Ken took a deep breath and then pushed again.

"Good," she encourages, watching for progress.

"Can you see the first baby yet?" Gabriel asked.

"Not quite yet," she replies.

Ken felt another contraction and pushed again.

"Good, there you go," she encourages.

Ken groaned again and let out another push.

"There you go, starting to bulge," she informs.

"Whew, good." He said after taking a deep breath.

"You're doing great," she says again.

"Thanks." Gabriel said.

"Push again whenever you're ready."

Ken took a deep breath, then pushed.

"Good! One more like that and baby will crown."
