Amanda helps him up and to the bed. "Little pressure," she reminds before checking him.

"Never seen babies born in batches before." Darol is eager to see what will happen.
"I've read it but never seen it. 8 cm," she informs, throwing away her gloves."
"Will be interesting, as normally, all babies are born in one go." Darol rubs his back.
Ken pants as he gets another contraction.
"Breathe." Darol looks at Ken.
Ken took deep breaths. "Alright."
"You're doing great Ken, almost there," she encourages, rubbing his back again.
Ken groaned through another contraction, at least ne was almost there.
"Good, just let it out," she encourages. "You're doing very well."

Ken took a big deep breath and pushed.
"Feeling pressure?" She asks, hearing him pushing. She grabs a pair of gloves from the box on the wall.
"I think so." He says after another breath.
"What position do you want to push in?"
"Position?" He asked. "Maybe on all fours?"
"That's a good one. Need some help?"
Ken nodded as he took a deep breath.
