The doctor watched as Gabe dealt with his latest contraction before getting into position for his exam while the nurse prepared for the ultrasound by spreading the gel on his large stomach. Once he was in position she leaned against the side of his bed before reaching up inside him to check his cervix, “try and relax,” she tells him when she sees him tense up as she starts her exam.

Gabe took a deep breath and relaxed as much as he could in that situation. He watched the ultrasound monitor whilst he waited, seeing those big, healthy bodies of his babies. However...he seemed to be carrying a hidden 3rd baby located near the bottom of his womb, of which was moving in such a way that made it look like it was expanding.
