John sits on the couch in the living room watching his favorite TV program eating a bowl of his favorite vanilla ice cream with caramel topping. The bowl rests on his huge orb like belly which peeks out from the bottom of his tightly fitted pajama top. Its been over nine months since his wife got him pregnant. He is two weeks past due and is ready to be delivered of his baby boy. As he took another big bite of his ice cream he felt a sharp pain from his belly. He grabbed his huge belly from both sides grunting and calling for his wife through gritted teeth. "Honey!"

John let out a moan panting he rubbed his belly frantically trying to sooth it the best he could. After some time another pain hit him counting the time he replied to his wife.
