(Ended up having to get a new computer--long story. It was a total pain in the ass though--the reason I needed a new computer. I actually like my new computer over my old one....minus my new one having Windows 8.1. That's one of the reasons why I've taken so long to reply. That and I've ran into a bit of writer's block on what to reply with period. XD)

All Leo wanted to do was remain in Brayden's arms, but his human side told him that it was a good thing to get washed up. He let Brayden do the washing. Having sex while pregnant with werewolf babies--even if early on--takes a lot out of a person. Especially if that person is a male like Leo.

"Find out what?" Leo tiredly muttered as Brayden carried him to the bed. He vaguely remembered talking about something that dealt with Trevor before his hormones got the best of him, but he's currently too tired to bring it to the forefront of his mind.

Once in bed with Brayden, Leo moved as close to his mate as he could with his swelling baby belly, which ended up growing a few inches while they were washing up, resting on Brayden's abs. With one last "What the fuck am I doing?" thought, Leo instantly fell asleep, exhausted.

(That sucks with the replacement and a bonus on the replacement. I agree as well that I've run into a block too, but hopefully I can write something better.)

Brayden watched as Leo attempted to try and catch on to what he was saying, but he found himself chuckling when his mate was now asleep. 

"We'll figure it out later then" he neared Leo as he got under the covers, finding himself resting well, him snuggling subconsciously closer to Leo as his blue eyes were shut closed. As they slept, a set of ears had moved away from the door.

"This cannot go on for long..." The figure took to one of the chairs while another merely drunk from the cup in his hand before setting it down. 

"What do you suggest be done then?"

"It depends on how fast you want this to occur. How much pain you want him to endure?"

"If it happens fast enough, I suppose he wouldn't have much to endure."

"There's your answer then!" The male left from the chair and headed for the door. "Make sure everything on your end is prepared."

The man merely nodded as the male left out the door.

As the sun peeked over the mountains, Trevor groaned in his sleep. He moved out the bed slowly, groaning partially as he placed a hand on his bump. He glanced to see it had grown larger, prompting him to sigh. He glanced back down again in a state of shock when he felt numerous feet kicking at him. His belly had become much larger than expected, inciting a bit of panic into him.

"Morning" Brayden said to Leo softly as he had just awoken himself. He brought his hand over to his mate's bump and jumped. He pulled the sheets and cover off, noticing Leo's belly had grown tremendously overnight.

Leo slept well that night. Well, as well as anyone who is pregnant with werewolf babies and going through a werewolf transition all at the same time can sleep. As for dreams, all he was able to see was flickers of shadows. He couldn't tell what they were doing or what they were saying if they were saying anything at all.

Eventually, morning came and, along with it, Brayden pulling the sheets and cover off causing Leo to groan as he reached out to pull the sheets and cover back on. It was either that or cuddle with Brayden to keep warm.

Yawning, not feeling the sheets and cover, Leo opened his eyes and looked at Brayden, noticing his surprised look. He followed his gaze and saw that his belly was significantly bigger than what it was the previous night. He looked back at Brayden just as a flurry of kicks made him wince a bit.

"Ugh," Leo groaned as the kicking slowed but continued at a slower pace. "The babies are definitely active now. More so than they were last night."

Leo sighed as he gently rubbed his belly. 

"Did what happened last nightdo this? And did we do what I think we did last night as well?"

Brayden was completely puzzled to say the least. He shook his head to discern the confusion and to Leo's answer.

"No...as far as I've known" he said placing a hand on Leo's bump just to be certain he wasn't imagining things. "A pregnancy doesn't increase or expand from anyone having sex. It's almost as if the process was spread faster somehow." What could have caused it though? He had to imagine if Leo was going through this matter, everyone else had to be as well. He hopped out the bed fully and began to throw his clothes on. Once his pants and shirt were on, he headed out the room at a rather hasty retreat into Trevor's rooms. His suspicions were confirmed as he noticed the other male was glancing at the mirror, poking a belly that was extremely larger than Leo's.

"Someone's trying to speed the cycle up" he said to Leo upon returning. "If that happens, a lot of terrible things could happen..." as if his suspicions were not confirmed enough, a third sense of approval was given to him in the form of a phone call from one of his pack members. Several of the females had grown tremendously and from what he could tell with Leo, the babies were a bit more active. How fast had the process gone exactly? He did not honestly know, but from what he could tell, if the moon last night had done this, then maybe this night's full moon would be fixed in a permanent state. "We have to get to the bottom of this soon. With the right kind of sorcery, you could end up giving birth by tonight or even sooner." If the moon was also up for too long, Brayden could not resist transforming and would be stuck in such a state until the spell came to an end. He could only smell a bloodbath coming.

((My computer's battery and charger had both went, so I ended up getting replacements v.v ))

(That sucks. Seriously. The port where you plug the charger in on my old computer was beginning to wear out. I thought it had completely worn out--ended up just being unplugged XD it was being a pain anyway--so I got a replacement over Spring Break a couple weeks ago. Wanted to wait till Windows 10 came out, but didn't have a choice.)

"Do you have an idea of who could be trying to speed it up?" Leo asked in concern. What would happen to him and the others, Trevor included, if they all give birth sooner than normal? Hopefully they could find whoever the culprit is and put an end to whatever cooky spell they're casting. And fast. But first...

Leo gingerly made his way into a sitting position and then to his feet, getting his center of gravity recentered thanks to the sudden growth spurt by the babies overnight.

"The babies and I are hungry," Leo said, placing his hands on his belly trying to calm the babies back down after the sudden movements. "I think it's time for some breakfast."

"None of this has ever made the slightest of sense to me..." Brayden began to search for his coat, though he more than likely would never need it a day in his life since he could just walk out into the wilderness and not feel the cold environment like humans would. "If the cycle speeds up, that means the moon will stay in a steady flow of eternal nights. That means you and Trevor would be ultimately screwed and me and the wolves...we wouldn't be able to resist. I'd be stuck feral for who knows how long and if you end up giving birth by the end of it all, you too would be in such a mindless state."

Leo stared at Brayden in horror as the color slowly drained from his face. Stuck as a feral wolf even after giving birth? How would he take care of the children--pups? Would he even be able to do so? Would Brayden help? Would Brayden even want to help with the kids? Would Brayden still recognize Leo as his mate? A million other questions ran through Leo's mind as a blast of cold air "woke him up" from the door opening by the person he has not seen since he left for school--and hasn't seen since coming home for break--entered: his brother.

"Sorry, I'm late. These crazy winter storms have made the roads absolutely horrid. At least I did those errands you and dad sent me on," Leo's brother said as he shed his winter coat and hung it on the coat rack by the door. "Did I miss anything?"

"Yes, you did," Leo said from the table, not bothering to stand and greet his elder brother. "You missed a shit ton of stuff."

"Like what?" the brother asked and turned, spotting Brayden and froze. "Who the hell is this?"

He then turned and saw Leo's pregnant figure. "And what the hell happened to you? Too much home cooking and not enough exercise?"

Leo sighed and placed a hand on the top of his belly. How shall he tell his brother what happened?

"It's a...long and complicated story, Claude," Leo said, looking at Brayden. "It...might be best for Brayden here to tell you."

(I forgot that we already introduced Leo's brother at the beginning when they were at the cafe. XD So, I sent him on several errands for his and Leo's mom and dad and, due to the winter storms, it caused him to miss the events that happened. Thank goodness I looked back at what we did else I would have renamed Leo's brother and confused whoever reads this. XD And ourselves. Hopefully, it's open-ended enough for you to take over from here.)

Brayden could tell the male was thinking to himself again. It was normal in situations like this. Heck, Brayden had a couple of thoughts to himself, but he couldn't let them be seen by the gestures on his face that indicated he was having deep thought. He had to help solve this solution and do it fast and perhaps working with the Hunters in this matter was the best cause. Whatever reason this witch had to interfere, Brayden had to perhaps trust his enemies. Witches could either help or wound any other supernatural race. He guessed the saying "the enemy of my enemy is my friend," though it was probably the other way around. Either way, he had to consult his Alpha and he wasn't certain if this was something Damian would be thrilled to hear, this idea.

"I'll get to the bottom of it. This may end up turning into..." The door opened and the male was greeted with a slight breeze and a partially familiar face. He had seen the male before in the cafe, but durian the past weeks, he never saw him around. What it seemed, however, was that the male was out of the loop on everything. Because Brayden could not determine if he was hostile or friendly, his guard was up a bit, indicated by the fact that he held Leo's hand in his, which probably revealed more about what was currently going on.

"This is going to be a long story, but I'll explain." He began to lay out to Leo's brother what happened over the past few weeks, all that led up to the situation now. "And there's a witch that's either been hired or doing this of their own volition, that is probably seeking to cause an eternal night of bloodshed if we don't handle the situation soon. Did I lose you?"

Leo blushed slightly as Brayden took his hand and held it while Claude digested the information that was given to him by Brayden.

Eventually, Claude did digest Brayden's information and did the only thing that was even possible to do in such a situation: laugh. A nice, deep, and long laugh that made Leo turn a deeper shade of red.

"This is not funny Claude!" Leo said, embarrassed that his elder brother thought the situation was funny. "I could be trapped as a wolf after I give birth to these babies! I know that I'd have instincts and what not helping me along with Brayden, but I still wouldn't have any idea on how to care for wolf pups. Hell, I don't even know how to live as a wolf let alone care for pups."

Claude, finally calming down from his laughter high, looked at Leo with a smile.

"Don't worry little bro, you will not have to worry about being stuck as a wolf," Claude said trying to comfort Leo. Only because you and your "babies" will be dead. Along with your so-called mate who seems to be catching on to us. We'll have to speed up the ritual if we want to complete it.


"If the witch that's out there wanting to harm Trevor, me, and Brayden's pack has any say in it, that's exactly what will happen," Leo said, frightened. "Other than killing tons of innocents, we really don't know what this witch wants. At least, I don't and I'm most definitely an innocent. I didn't even ask to be pregnant with Brayden's babies. It all happened on accident. I don't want to be the victim of some witch's vendetta when I've never really done anything."

"Sounds like bad luck to me," Claude said as he took off his boots. "Now, if you excuse me, I'm gonna go clean up then crash. Those errands took a lot out of me."

With that, Claude made his way past Brayden and Leo up the stairs to the only empty room and began doing as he said he would.
