I had forgotten the time. It was night time, around the same time that I used to throw up over the last few days.
Somewhere between the call I started feeling nauseous, and it only got worse... But I was distracted looking at her. Until I felt the sudden need to throw up..like real bad.

Leaving the screen on, on rushed to the toilet, leaving the door open, I emptied the contents. Not once ..not twice..a lot many times in quick succession that I lost count. In the end, I kept puking but there was nothing left. I had completely forgotten about the Skype call at this point.

I ended the call after Alex had been gone a few minutes. I still wondered what had happened,so I called back about a half hour later.I was truly shocked at how that half hour had changed him.

When Alex answered my second Skype call, he looked like, well he honestly looked like Hell. His face was pasty gray and puffy. His eyes looked like he'd been crying. He was clearly pregnant though. You didn't need to be a doctor to notice that right away. His pecs while still small,looked soft and flabby,the nipples already starting to darken. I realized he must have been holding hie stomach in. There was a clear, thickness around his waist, and a barely visable hard looking bump growing just under his navel.

He sat down in front of the screen and took a deep breath(omg i could see his ribs)

"hey...sorry! I haven't been feeling so good lately. Probably since our trip in Thailand? Maybe the food didn't really agree with me!"

This was by far the worst bout of nausea that had hot him so far. He was almost on the verge of tears. Letting his pride go, he did confess to someone that he wasn't doing well. Afterall, he barely knows this girl and she doesn't know anyone he knows. He even asked her if she had also had food poisoning in Thailand. He really felt emotional at this moment, which was rare. He sat there, sucking his belly in to look good.

But soon, as they spoke, he couldn't keep that, he was too tired for that and let go. Slightly embarrassed, but he hoped to just have someone to talk to at this moment, he hated that feeling, but it did feel better.

"Food poisoning?No,I don't think so,but I live here nine months out of the year.So I'm pretty used to it.A lot of fried food,but you can find healthy food if you look for it."
"You've been feeling sick since Thailand? That was like three months ago.Have you seen a doctor.?"

"I'm a doctor. Did I mention that? Hmmm, no probably not, we were kind of in busy. Anyway, how have you been feeling? It's a stomach thing?"

He didn't really want to be speaking to her, but emotionally he needed someone. And it did help to talk to a doctor online than to go visit one .. atleast no one he knows would know this way!

"Yeah..it's a bad bug I think. I've bee. Feeling off lately.. throwing up randomly. Sometimes it's so bad, I keep throwing up time and again. And on some days I don't throw up at all, even if I feel like. I've been so exhausted,. Haven't been able to workout. Probably why I'm putting a little weight on as well. All the long hours and no sitting has also made my back a little stiff!"

He kept rambling, complaining to her. This was very unlike him and as soon as he was done speaking, he was a bit confused as to why he did that! Was she even a real doctor? he thought.
