Dr. Sommer just had time to say goodbye to Ryne, when a young man entered the room. Dr. Sommer nodded and offered him his hand. "Hello, Mr. Lublin, nice to meet you...........well, I don't have any appointments in my agenda today, so...........yes, come in", he said with a smile and let the young man enter the room.

Dr. Sommer heard Zeke's voice. "I will be with you in some minutes, I just have another patient at first", he said and waited for an answer.
Then he turned to Milek, who was already sitting on the examination table. "Oh, that's no problem. I don't have that many appointments. The village is quite small and has not that many inhabitants, so it's okay. Furthermore, most of them don't trust me anyway, even though I am already here since about 3 years...........especially the elder ones prefer their house medicine over mine........but that's okay", he explained and smiled.
Then he nodded. "Okay, then we will do a little exam and see how your child or your children is or are doing", he joked and went again to the ultrasonic monitor to pull it next to the table.
"Okay. I would need you now to lie flat on the table and pull your shirt back up, so that I can examine your belly, alright ??", he asked with a friendly smile.
