"Yeah honey. He is almost here with us. Please push for me" He said, rubbing Cess's back. It seems better when the shoulders move for a bit but still need a little more pushes. Sam wipes Cess's forehead and kisses it softly to calm him down.
I like as realistic male pregnancy about having sex and getting pregnant, life during pregnancy and long hard labor.

With Cess's long and hard push, the shoulders is finally out. Sam's eyes widen as he saw that. He then smiles widely and kisses his lover softly. "Last push to let him out to this word honey. You can do it huh?"
