Dean was shocked to see clothes on his doorstep. It must have been a Christmas miracle. He tried on a hoodie and jeans. When he examined himself in the mirror, he thought it was good enough. It certainly did not hide the bump completley, but maybe he could manage a pose where it wouldn't be quite as noticeable.
