Rigel was in the kitchen preparing some breakfast for Tobias; eggs, toast, bacon and some roasted vegetables. He himself was finishing off his own meal--a pound of raw beef and a pitcher of blood. This pregnancy was producing some interesting cravings, that was for sure. When Rigel heard Tobias calling his name, he scrambled to wash out the pitcher and the platter with the beef blood still on it. He didn't want to alarm Tobias...yet. He still had to break the bad news to him.
He called back to Tobias, "I'm in the kitchen making breakfast! Your clothes are on the bed! Hope they're suitable for you." He hoped that Tobias getting dressed would give him enough time to put away the platter and pitcher, and fix his breakfast. As he stirred the eggs, he could feel the little ones inside of him gently rolling around, content with their...meal. He put a gentle hand on the top his belly and rubbed it tenderly. "I wish you guys were this gentle all the time."
