"Delicious! Like I said, it's been so long since I've eaten this kind of food," Amy smiled as Michael glanced over the check. "Not too expensive, I hope," she said. Once they paid the waiter and left a nice tip, they got ready to go to the bar for drinks and dancing.
Amy was getting a bit more nervous as they got closer, though. Ever since the mugging incident, she'd felt horrible about concealing the whole truth from Michael. She'd never found a way to tell him, though. She had hoped that after a night out on the town, he'd be happy and loosened up enough to handle what she had to say.
