Alex got up slowly, feeling the pain all over his body. He was blushing, feeling ashamed for falling in a so low trick, and in pain because of the fall. He was also feeling sad and mad. Mad because of what Corbin had done to him, and sad because he didn't understand, he couldn't understand why people hated each other so much. Why couldn't they just respect themselves and be happy?
He rolled his eyes and went to the bathroom, and wentered in one of the partitions, where he cleaned himself with a spell, after making sure no one was in the bathroom. He walked back to the cafeteria and bought tea. After that, he went to the empty taple and sat there, alone. He had decided he would go to the ball. It was a chance of finding out more about that people.
He closed his eyes, tiredly, and massaged him temples, thinking of how many things he would have to do until the ball. He would have to find some new clothes, because that was what a boy would do to go to a ball, right? And he had to at least pretend he was human. When the school bell rang, he just stood up and ran home.
