Marcus stared up at Czar with fear and hatred. Czar had been the one who oversaw most of the atrocities in the Midwest, including leveling the city of Chicago. He'd also pioneered the field use of a pacification weapon called the "Liporay" -- a machine that turned humans into immobile, morbidly obese blobs of lard.
"Wh-what do you want?" he asked.
