Oisin smiled.
"That's great to hear," he stated, walking forward when Tobias caught up. "Maybe if everything checks out, we can check it out before returning to base."
That sounded like an idea for him at least. Last person he traveled with for an investigation, the trip to Stonehenge was relatively shot lived. The bright side of the situation? There was a majini dressed like a Medieval executioner hotel. Oisin basically was given permission to tear through a five-star hotel for no particular reason at all so long as it meant the infected large figure was killed. The person behind it however seemed too petty, small in terms of ideas. They believed that he was just being supplied, but could never trace it to an exact spot. Oisin did think perhaps this could be related even though they were practically further away.
They were five miles into the town when his map indicated that the Hostel was to their right. He looked at the two-story building, particularly the wooden framed door that clearly reeked of old century stylized for modern ventures. He gripped the handle as there was no actual knob and pulled the door backwards. Before them was a small pub, slightly busy as the barista tended to the individuals sitting to have a meal and some drink. The further he stepped forward, the more cozy the warmth of the building provided to the decent smell of a home cooked meal.
"We have a room." he stated to the owner or he assumed she was when she asked them if she could help them. He showed her the receipt and he face lit up.
"Ah...IN that case" she walked away, motioning for them to follow. "We made sure that you were situated properly and gave you a room to better suit that need."
She opened the door, revealing a room with two beds and an open window, which gave them a clear view of the mansion a little far away. A perfect opportunity to stake the environment around them just in case something strange went on. On the bed were news articles about various strange sightings and some disappearances.
"Thank you very much" he said to her with a smile. "When's dinner?"
Once they were given the time, she left them to their personal affairs. Oisin dropped both of his bags on the bed, locking the door behind him just in case anyone was listening. Umbrella may have been gone, but there were still remnant of the large company. First thing was setting up the computer and starting up the frequency jammer. They were secured that way. Once the computer was set up, he began to tune the frequency until a figure on the other screen appeared. Their boss, known as Linda McCarthy.
"Now that you're there," she stated. "It's time to brief you fully."
