" the doctor caugh his tongue, thinkin it could be too much to be nosing around the financial or general condition of his nurse even before they had started working together. "You are lucky to not have your legs swelling. And from how you walk, i think the waddle is cute." He said, half teasing but half sincere. "Now lay down? And please roll up your shirt so I can do the ultrasound to see hows the baby positioned now. It's one baby.... nevermind. We would know now." The doctor paused remembering Aren wouldnt know since he didnt go to any doctor's visits before.
(How about the doctor discovered the bruises and pressed Aren for details, that's why they eventually didnt have the time for any proper ultrasound examinations?)
