He had considered redoubling efforts in ensuring the human's food and drinks wouldn't be laid with anything. As they cuddled close, he was pleased to find Jace calming down fast, no longer trembling. He patted his back soothingly, and right that moment, he felt a tiny movment under his palm where he had laid on Jace's belly.
