Sam was moaning in pain all the way he turned to his sideways. He cried out in pain as the next contraction hit him while he was changing the position. "I...I'm so tired. I don't know if I can hold my leg for so long" He sad as he got to the position. Sam held his legs up as the next push started. It was very painful since Henry needed to press down on his belly so hard for moving the shoulders out. Sam screamed out loud while he was pushing. It didn't work at the first time and his leg fell as his arm was weak. Everything was getting worse since more blood came out, but Sam still needed to push the baby out.
