(Hehe he can have like a big house in the city under ocean but I think the private island is good too, what do you think? Maybe they can visit the under-ocean which isn't far from there too. I think, in the far future when the technology is really good, the people will seek something basic sometimes, and the private island can be very expensive to have but Oliver can have so many with how successful his business is. Hmm, I can see people seeking the holiday with just sitting on the beach and enjoying the view. We can even make them visit the city in the sky too. there are lots of things we can play hehe)
