Carter jumped awake at the touch to his forehead, he was about to scream, but once he opened his mouth he was practically falling off of his bed to grab the trash can beside it. He threw up what seemed like an unnatural amount, and then laid back in the bed, groaning pathetically, curled around his stomach and with tears in his eyes "Hec..." his voice was raw and so very hoarse as he spoke.
Carter opened his arms up to his fiancee and pouted; he just wanted to be held by his Alpha, feel loved and safe. He wish he knew what was making him so sick, but nothing seemed to come up in his thoughts - no one in his classes had been sick, his friends outside of school weren't sick, his parents weren't... It just made no sense at all. "I feel like crap, Hector... and I don't know why." he said quietly, burrowing his head in Hector's chest and sniffling.
Carter was close to sobbing, he knew that. It was terrible, this illness that had come on so suddenly and violently. It was wearing him down, making him exhausted, achy every where, and his whole body felt like a bundle of raw nerves. Even the comfort of Hector's arms was not very comfortable, but he wouldn't give up being in them, even if it made him want to tear his own skin off.
