Jaxon scoffed. He wanted to shrug this off, to think Brad was as crazy as Minha and the others among the tours every year kept insisting, but like seeing him transform last night, a part of him knew Brad was telling the truth. He had to accept this fact, in small doses, that whatever Brad was ended up getting him pregnant. 

"And what," he asked. "You saw me in the bathroom and said "Oh hey, easy prey?"

"I'm not saying that we can't leave," he explained. "A family is still a family. I could not fathom keeping you away from yours. I am saying that with your current condition, you won't be exactly fit to travel that far, for now. Usually it's around eight months for a human. You'll be hitting that clock frame much sooner."

His hand rested around Ivan's waist, allowing him to get a good feel of his stomach. "Will things be the same between you and this Catherine however? Unfortunately not."

Gingerly, he held Ivan's hand, lifting him up from the bed. "Of course I'll take you back to the hotel. You can't go there naked however."

He opened his drawer. They might fit Ivan more looser given Henrique's size, but they were better than nothing. 

"I can run a shower for you to do away with the scent of last night," he stated while pointing to his personal bathroom.
