Dr. Sommer was a bit confused and raised an eyebrow. He wanted to say something, but in that moment he discovered the slight swollen testicles of his patient and knew, what was going on. It was well know, that many men got swollen testicles some days or weeks before the actual birth.......
"You are doing great, Nick...........and you are showing signs, that it won't be long until the birth", he said and smiled, continuing to check him.
"If.........if it gives you relief, then you can use your hand......just let me put a small bowl under you, so that we can analyze it", he said with a smile, knowing that one could get quite a lot of information about a pregnancy, by analyzing a sperm sample.
