Martina continued to coach Nick through the rest of the contraction "oh man, this really hurts...Ooooooooo" he moaned quietly. After the contraction ended, he put his hands on his belly. It finally softened up after it remained tense for quite a bit. He pushed on various spots, trying to figure out how the twins were laying inside of him. Nick was feeling very warm after the last contraction, even with the window open he was starting to sweat a little. "Wow, that was a good one." he chuckled, happy that it was over. He grabbed his bottle of water and drank almost a quarter of it.
