Caesar could feel the trembling first hand. Victor's thighs were struggling to hold the pregnant man up, his entire body trembled with each strained push. Caesar coudln't see, his visual was entirely obscured by the squishy belly of Victor's, but he could feel. he ran his hands along Victor's hips, up to his bottom and pried open his buttocks. He slowly made his way towards his opening and felt something....
"Hmm. 'ea." he hummed and tried nodding, even though he had been bobbing his head in the first place already. He squeezed Victor's thigh instead to reply the affirmative. "'eep goin..." he mumbled further while Victor's thighs trembled violently. Caesar felt something was different... he stroked the emerging "head" again and felt something that shouldn't be there. A crack... and it was smooth. His heartbeat picked up at the possibility of it not being the head... god, how much would his husband need to suffer from to bring these boys out.
