The warm water is very helpful with tearing apart of the ass when he is pushing the babies out but it doesn't help much in pain. He leans more to his husband with each contraction, hoping it'll end soon although it's impossible. "C.....can you check my ass again? I'm not sure when do I need to push. ahh"
