Ke'anu felt proud of his beloved Camlen, gently kissing a side of his face where one of his furry cheeks were. He was truly torn between doing what the doctor had suggested or refusing and staying where he was beside Camlen but he got up anyway, leaving the delivery room after nodding at the doctor as he accepted. He sighed softly once he was alone in the main bedroom, replacing each of the sheets that were soiled by Camlen's broken water, changing it into a new one. He was eager to hold each of the pups but they were much too fragile to hold yet. He stayed in the other room, waiting until the pups had fallen asleep beside his beloved Camlen after he would move the pups and Camlen.

it didnt take long for the pups to have their fill and fall asleep. The doctor instructed Ke'anu how to gently lift and carry them while she had the Alpha carry Camlen. when they got to the room, the Alphas mate, the luna, was waiting patiently. a typical mother figure to a pack, the luna was responsible for looking after any new mothers and their pups and often taught couples how to raise and care for them.

"Good to see our newest members have come into the world safely" she says with a warm smile "Once Camlen awakens, i'll teach you how to care for your newborns" she says and gives Camlen a soft pat on the head as the alpha settles him onto the bed "For now, Ke'anu, dont crowd them, stay close but not attached at the hip if you know what i mean"

Ke'anu did all that he was told, picking up each pup in his arms as he was encouraged to do. He kissed each of their heads softly, not being rough in any way, shape or form. He was glad that his beloved Camlen had survived the birth of the three large, now sleeping pups. He went to the new room, it looked as if it was like a nursery and he placed each pup down on their stomachs in the same crib.

He nodded as the doctor's words, eager for Camlen to wake up but knew that he needed time to recover. He was happy and proud to be a father to his pups. He was blissful that he was finally beside his beloved and watched him breathe as he sat beside the bed in a chair that was nearby. He had so many emotions plaguing him at once but the one that stood out most was pure joy. He was blessed.

camlen didnt wake till the next morning, even when he had been poked about food being ready for dinner. he awokr with a loud yawn and heard the pups whining for food in the next room. getting up slowly he walked his way in before joining them in the large crib, laying down so they could latch on to feed. he smiled watching them and wagged his tail a little.

Ke'anu awoke that day, feeling well restored and rested. He joined his beloved Camlen, gently speaking as to not startle him or their newborn pups. "Good morning my love. How are you and our lovely pups doing today?" He gently laid in the crib beside him and their eagerly suckling feeding pups. He licked Camlen's face with his long, pink tongue gently like a human's lips kissing another human.

He also wagged his own tail happily, feeling both proud to be a new first time father to the pups that he adopted. He held his head high, knowing that he was not their blood father but he would love them anyways. He did not care that he was not related. He wanted to always be around his beloved Camlen and their pups.

Silently, to himself he promised that he would lay down his life to protect them.

he smiled and murred as he was joined tail wagging a little "Mmm, are hungry, feeding like mad"

Ke'anu smiled, feeling Happy with each passing minute. He gently licked each of the pups heads. He was proud of Camlen and was happy that he was the father of the pups  The such pupa fed from their father for a time before falling aalwep next to their two father's. He saw each pup alumbering and his smile only grew. "They must have been very hungry."

he gave a light chuckle listening to ace and watching the pups.
"Normally pups would probably feed in the middle of the night, they didnt get that last night so they had to... catch up" he says and gives ace a soft nuzzle "Speaking of feeding... it to much to ask my mate to provide some breakfast?"

Ke'anu smiled softly, loving the lovely sound of Camlen's soft chuckle like laugh. He expressed a noticeable smile that turned up the two corners of his lips as if a human. He adored everything about him, never wanting to be away from him or their little, helpless pups. He placed a gentle lick upon each of their tiny heads, making sure not to startle them as he wished them a fatherly bonding.

"Ah, breakfast. I almost forgot. What do you desire to be fed, my love. I cook very well and I can make anything you wish," He asked his beloved, shifting back to his human form. He put on a long robe and was glad that he had atleast something to wear even if he preferred to be in his wolf form. He needed to be decent while in human form.

Camlen blushed but gave a light smile "A...anything would be good" he says "I... i havent really had breakfast in a long time... the pack i belonged to before were.. traditionalists... so we didnt eat breakfasts as most would probably think of it"

Traditionalist packs were packs that spent probably 90% of their time as wolves. living in either caves or small shacks. they rarely interacted with the human world, its technology or other packs. they did make some money by selling skins and furs but the funds for that were used in times of food shortage when they would buy meat for the pack, although those times were rare and usually the Alpha, Beta and maybe the alphas family were the ones who did the shopping.

"Dont worry love, I will make sure that you stay fed. You keep our pups full of milk." Ke'anu smiled, shape shifting to his human form. He walked to the kitchen, making a few pancakes, a few strips of bacon and a generous supply of scrambled eggs. He waited for the food in the kitchen area to be prepared and had put a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice on a tray and when the breakfast was done he placed the plate of food on the tray as well. Life was like a dream now that he was with Camlen. He loved him with his heart He then carried the tray.

"Here you go, sweetheart. Eat up." He said softly, putting the tray down.

he smiled face lighting up at hos much food there was. was it really all for him? he looked to Ke'anu and tilted his head "what about you?" he asks

Ke'anu smiled as well, sitting down in the main bedroom with Camlen. *Yes my love, the food is all for you." He walked over to where the silently sleeping pups were and gently kissed their heads while still in his human form for a minute or so. He watched them as they rested, smiling proudly like a true father would. "Our pups look so peaceful sleeping." He said softly to Camlen, not wanting to startle them from their slumber.

camlen chuckled a little while eating "Wait tillthey are up and running around" he says before returning to his food "Aren't you going to eat?... i feel guilty eating all of this and you eating nothing"

Ke'anu smiled wide in amusement, feeling more in love with his lover with each day as well as the newborn pups. He gendly nuzzled each of the sleeping pups heads, feeling as if he were their protector.

"It is alright Camlen, I am alright." He said softly laying down on his belly and gazing at his lovely Camlen. "I am glad to be your protector. I am so proud of you and our pups."

Camlen smiled tail wagging and nuzzled at Ke'anu then nuzzles a pancake over to him. "Please, eat something, one of us needs to be strong right now" he says "With my injuries..." he gives a murph and shifts a little to get comfortable again. he was also proud of his pups and was overjoyed with Ke'anu being his mate.

"what... what shall we be doing today?" he asks

Ke'anu smiled wide, feeling as if his tail was wagging a mile a minute. He leaned his head in, placing gentle kisses upon his handsome face and exposed neck. He felt as if he were dreaming but was glad that his lover and their silently slumbering pups were safe and sound.

"Hmm? Perhaps we could take a short walk, one of the mothers could watch over our pups while we are gone." He suggested. "That is .. if you feel up to it."

he nods "I...i wouldn't mind the walk" he says "But... im not sure im ready to leave the pups... i...i only had them recently after all" he blushes a little. as a Mother he is new to being a mother and his instincts, at least this soon, saying how much he needs to stay close to them.

Ke'anu smiled softly and lovingly to Camlen, feeling the very same way Camlen felt about the pups. He laid down near him and their pups. He licked their heads softly, being careful not to startle them. He was happy to be a new first time Father. "I feel the very same way about our pups. Perhaps we can simply spark up a conversation. Besides I know you need to rest."

"I love you Camlen, you make me feel like love still exists in this world." He said softly. He truly loved him with all of his heart and soul that he would never stray from standing beside him. The thing he was also blessed to have was his children that he adopted and was a new fiather.

Camlen smiled and wagged his tail nuzzling into Ke'anu. "We probably should see the Pack alpha" he says softly "He and the Luna will want to know about the newest additions to the pack" he says blushing.
