"Well, it was 18 until the modern era came around," Leo said in reply. "College is a school where humans--including me--go to further their education and end up with a better--and higher paying--job. In human society, everything is dependent on having money."

Shizan nods"oh well here its all dependent on your skills. You get what you can, or what your mate can get you. Will your herd want money?"

"It depends on if the others are able to make it back to human civilization," Leo said with a shrug. "They can always get some money as soon as they get back anyhow."

[Okamiryun]

Shizan ponders "I have no clue how to send them home, besides this is a great place to live anyway. They can get mates, even mate each other. Make a human tribe."

"True," Leo said thoughtfully. "But they'll have to learn how to hunt and basically survive without the amenities of human civilization."

[Okamiryun]

Shizan nods "if you want i can hunt for them. Help supply them with some of their needs till they can get it right." Shizan holds Leo close. His hands on Leos stomach "Only if you want me to though."

"You can if you want to," Leo said and leaned his head back against Shizan. "I'm not going to force you to do or not do anything."

Shizan nods and kisses Leo "I think that they will learn quickly, and won't need me. You may want to explain to them that they can breed though."

"What do you expect me to tell them?" Leo asked. "Tell them, 'Oh hey, you guys can have babies without women?' They'd laugh in my face if I'd tell them!"

Shizan blinks "When our kits get older you can show them as well, or do they need mated to find this out?" Shizan starts to lead Leo back to bed.

"The rest of our...herd--along with Himnari and me--come from a world where male pregnancy is not possible and even if it would be, the male's life would be in danger," Leo said as he followed Shizan looking at the floor thinking that he may have upset Shizan a little by his outburst. "It would be a completely foreign idea to them, and they wouldn't understand how it works completely. Even I don't."

Shizan looks at Leo "you'll learn, and they will have to learn to have their own tribe. Let alone keep themselves from being mated by other creature."

"I'm sure they won't mate with other creatures," Leo said as h continued to follow Shizan. "At least, I hope they won't."

He crosses his arms in front of his chest and shivers as a gentle blast of air drifts through the hallway.

Shizan holds Leo close to warm him up, as they get to the bedroom. He looks at Leo worried "Why do you hope they don't mate? A-am I a bad mate?"

"No, you're not a bad mate," Leo said softly realizing his mistake. "Not every creature is like you. There may be creatures that are not caring and would abuse the others. Then again, there also may be others out there that are gentle and caring like you. I don't want to see the others end up with a potentially bad mate."

Shizan nods and leads Leo to the bed "Thats why they are safe here. If someother predator even wants to see them they have to have my permission. The prey normaly are docile and more likely to be the carrier in a mating"

Leo nods in return and sat on the bed. He smelled something funny and smelled himself. He made a disgusted face and turned away.

"Is there any place where I can bathe and wash these clothes?" Leo asked. "The clothes and I both stink with my body odor. And do you have any other clothes I can use while I wash these ones?"

Shizan nods and purrs. Turning into his jaguar form "Yes I have bathing place, Its not to far away. As for clothes I have some that I hope aren't too big for you. Its not denim, but it works well. Plus no metal things to get in the way"

"It will work," Leo said with a shrug and stood up. "Lead the way and I'll follow you to the location."

Shizan nods and leads Leo to a hotsprings by a river. Its only a half hour walk from the temple "What do you think? I even have some clothing thats nearby."
