It was early one morning, before the sun was up when Thomas took the kids down to the park, it being lit by the few street lamps as Bella played, the twins sitting in their stroller and watching her. There was a thick fog and a damp chill to the air. Thomas had known that it was a risk going out on his own, especially with this pregnancy but he needed to get out of the house.

He liked the silence of the morning, it was rare in a city like this where they lived for it to be silent even for an hour. Though when it was, early like now, he felt better and could even let himself smile for the sake of his children. Thomas had been told it was a high risk pregnancy early on during one of his first visits to the doctors. Which had him been promptly been chewed out by Joel who he had never really listened to anyway. So he had to take extra care of himself to make sure he didn't lose this one, taking more walks than he would and not bingeing on junk food. Even Bella was helping out, he smiled at her as she skipped ahead of the stroller he pushed, waddling slowly behind it. He wasn't that huge, the doctors were even worried about him gaining weight, but he wasn't.

Thomas watches Bella play for a bit before noticing one other figure venture into the park. He was dressed in a pair of dark jeans and a dark hoodie, his face covered by the hood.

Thomas wasn't sure why he noticed the guy walking ahead of them but he did and it seemed the other was going the same way they were. He reached to hold Bella's hand before she bounced away from him and picked her up gently, kissing her head. "Be careful."He told her then let her go run off onto the playground, as he pushed the twins over to a bench, taking a slow seat on it and wrapping an arm around his middle. His foot keeping the stroller in place so they wouldn't roll off.

Bella plays for a bit before she runs off over toward the other man who was sitting across the park on another bench. Thomas sees her stop, saying something to the man before he hears her giggle. Within the next few minutes she is brought back over to him, she hands wrapped around the man's neck as he carries her.

Thomas was apprehensive at first when his daughter ran off without him, going to call for her when she did and pushing himself up slowly as he was more top heavy than he would like to think. His belly going up first, then his hips and finally his shoulders as he pushed his weight up to his feet,"Bella!"He called gently, she never talked to strangers she knew better than that, maybe it was one of the servants that come around to the house. She was friendly to all familiar faces, he now saw who it was as he stood beside the stroller and he felt faint at the sight. "Ben..."

"Don't faint on me alright?" He takes a moment to kiss Bella's forehead before setting her on her feet beside him.

"Whoever said I was going to faint?"He laughed breathlessly and stepped towards him with his arms outstretched to take him into a tight hug. Despite how much his belly restricted it and even shifted slightly at the motion, while Bella joined in on the hug.

Ben shrugs lightly as he hugs Thomas back, ruffling Bella's hair a bit before looking over at the twins when he pulled away from Thomas.

Thomas pulled away to look towards the two babies as well who stared up at their parents, well one of them did and the other was sleeping comfortably next to their sibling. Bella bounced over to them and played with her brothers cheeks, he looked at her and his face scrunched up as he whimpered softly in discomfort. "Bella, you know he doesn't like when you do that."Thomas scolded and smoothed the girls hair again, making her giggle and reach for Ben to take his hand in hers. The pregnant male moved to sit down on the bench again, as he moved to pick up the six month old out of the stroller,"This is Baxter."He said, looking up to Benjamin as he saw his son for one of the first times since his birth.

Ben looks at the 6 month old child before carefully sitting down on the bench beside Thomas and pulls Bella into his lap.

Thomas held Baxter in his lap,"He looks more like me, I think. Taylor's the one who reminds me of you all the time."He let himself smile softly as he stroked the boys hair and rubbed his cheek with his thumb, tilting his head while the boy looked between him and the newer face. His small hands reaching slightly and babbling playfully with a gummy smile,"Yeah, you know Daddy, don't you?"Tom smiled and nuzzled him slightly before looking to Ben himself,"Wanna hold him?"

Ben continues to stare at him for a second or two before Bella moves to sit between them on the bench as Ben takes Baxter into his lap, standing him up as he holds him around the waist. "Hey little man."

Thomas smiled when Ben took Baxter from him, then moving to wrap his arm around Bella gently to hold her while he kissed her head then let her up. "Go ahead and play."He told her and she nodded before running off with a hop in her step. The sun was beginning to rise higher in the sky and he looked to Ben again. Baxter bouncing slightly as he was stood up, wobbling as he was held up right and giggling while his hands grabbed at the mans face.

Ben smiles softly as his sons hands touch his skin, his eyes closing for a moment or two before he opens the again and finally sits Baxter down in his lap, lightly kissing his hair. He knew he would have to go soon, would have to get back before anyone knew he was missing.

Thomas watched the interaction and placed a hand on Ben's arm gently as he looked at him,"Don't let me go back without you."He pleaded softly, squeezing his arm and pressing his head against his shoulder,"I don't want to."He pressed his lips into a thin line and couldn't help the tears that built up in his eyes, while his other hand cradled his middle.

Ben watches him for a moment, trying to figure out what to do before he finally sighs. "There's a big business gala at the end of the week, get there things ready and be ready to go around midnight, I'll pick you up." Ben knew Joel wasn't going to let Thomas go with him, so he would be left home with the kids, and after everyone was drunk he'd slip away to go pick Thomas up and they'd hopefully get the hell out of here.

Tom's head was down as he held himself to Ben and wasn't sure what he would have done if he didn't have a plan for them. He looked up at him and doesn't let his hopes get to high, but he did hug him once more, careful of Baxter and kissing his lips. "Okay."He told him and thought about it as he took Baxter back gently with a kiss to his head,"I'll try to empty his bank accounts too. So we'll have money."He looked down at the boy in his arms and smoothed his hair for a moment before asking,"Are we really doing this?"Hd looked up to him.

Ben nods. "Yeah, yeah we are." He leans over to kiss Thomas softly once more, making sure the little family, his little family, were on their way back before he left the park as the sun began to rise higher.

Thomas smiles brightly and kisses Benjamin back again deeply before they separated, going their separate ways again but this time with a surer meeting time. They would see each other again soon and he was excited about that.
