Dr. Sommer nodded. "Yes, exactly", he said and smiled, while taking the box of lubricate again and applying it on the egg and Eric's entrance. "Ready for another good push ??", he asked him and smiled, after having put the box back onto the cupboard and placing his hands on his patient's entrance.

He nods, taking in a shaky breath.

"Alright then. We do three times pushing. Two with exhaled pushing with the loud "aaaah" and one with the air kept in. I would say we start with the air kept in.......You can press your foot against my shoulder as hard as you want, it doesn't matter......just do, what feels good for you", the doctor said, approaching the bed a bit more and placing his hands around the egg. "Okay, Eric. Take a deep breath, hold it in and push hard, come on", the doctor said.

He holds In his breath, pressing his foot hard against his shoulder he pushes down hard.

Dr. Sommer nodded. "That's it, come on boy, two, three, four, five, six, seven, come on.......", the doctor counted, seeing the first egg slowly coming out and stretching Eric's entrance. He placed his gloved hands on his entrance and pressed gently against the tensed skin of the muscle to protect it from tearing.
"Come on, keep going, it's coming", the doctor said with a smile.

"Hnnnnnggggg!" He groans out, his face turning a bright shade of red. He suddenly lets out a loud, rather girlish scream that could be heard by the nurses out in the halls, he felt like his entrance was on fire, more than before.

Dr. Sommer nodded. "Wonderful job, Eric........come on, blow for a second, come on take a deep breath", he said, lubricating the tensed area once again. The egg stayed in place and didn't slip back now.

He gasps for air, whimpering and wreathing in pain.

Dr. Sommer patted onto the back of his foot, which he had yet pressed against his shoulder. "Yes, you're doing great, Eric..........try now to give me another good push, but with a loud and powerful "aaaah", alright ??", the doctor asked.

He nods with a whimper, doing his best to do so.

"Alright then, Eric. Everything you've got, come on........deep breath and push !!", Dr. Sommer said.

"ARRAGH!" He yells pushing.

Dr. Sommer nodded. "Yes, that's it, one, two, three, four, come on, come on !!", he said more and more energetically as he saw more and more of the egg coming out. The egg was pushed out to his wides part, but Dr. Sommer wasn't sure if Eric could do it.
"That's it, Eric, come on, six, seven, eight...........", he counted, waiting on Eric's reaction to the process.

Eric screeches and the egg stops, his hole almost ripping at the width of the egg.

Dr. Sommer nodded and pushed his body against Eric's leg.....the egg was enormous and even though he was an expert for egg births, he had never seen somebody give birth to eggs as gigantic like this he held in his hand right now.........he took a bit more Vaseline and rubbed it around the egg..........."Come on, Eric......one more, give me everything you've got, you cant do it.......come on, push !!", he said energetically, trying to motivate the young father to be.
