Amanda carefully picked up the boy, and returned him to the small, hospital-style cradle in the corner. She picks up one of the girls, placing her in his arms. "How are you going to tell these three apart?" she asks smiling, and hands him a bottle.

"Sure. Get as much rest as you can. I know you're tired," she pats his arm. She takes the babies out into the living room. She and the other doctor watch over them. Little Adam becomes restless; she picks him up carefully and holds him close.
