Victor whined as the towel counteracted the pressure of the baby coming out of him, he panted best he could and gripped Caesar's shoulder tightly to keep himself upright on trembling legs. "I-I don't feel okay." He whimpered weakly and he rested his head against his husbands after he wiped his face, moaning,"What if its bigger? What if I can't do it?" He sobbed softly, he still had this child and another to birth, he imagined he would die from all the strain and he didn't want to die. Victor's tears ran down his face and he did his best to shake those thoughts out of his head, with the help of Caesar's praising. Looking back at his husband through tear filled eyes and nodding his agreement, before screaming again as his immense belly tightened firmly and he was pushing again. Forcing that unbelievably fat child out of him with as much force as he could, he turned red in the face and reached back to grasp they headboard of his bed. Nails digging into the wood and forcing the child out of him, the shoulders twisting and pushing out of him, his hole spreading around the first as it slipped free and then the second. "No!" He shouted and tossed his head back, the pain was unimaginable, tears streamed down his face and he struggled to keep pushing with the never ending contractions.
