"A girl?" His third girl, he half laughed as he collapsed beside where Caesar had once laid, moaning softly as he did so. He laid his head down amongst the pillows, but turned over when Caesar brought their newest addition close to him so he could see. Blinking and resting a hand against her back as she laid against him, easily latching onto him to suckle, he smiled dreamily. "Beautiful girl... So beautiful, just like your siblings..." He blinked softly and his head was propped up against the pillows to keep his gaze on the little one, skin to skin.
"Mmhm..." He nodded slightly at what Caesar said, he heard as he called him, albeit distantly and he smiled even broader. Though he didn't look all the way there,"I love you... Caesar..." He said and his eyes blinked lightly as he looked from him to their daughter again, his eyes rolling back briefly before he focused them again. He was exhausted and it seemed that feeling was only getting worse as he sank back. His arms supporting the girl against his chest, as he passed out.
