Name: Kargo
Age: 26
Gender: Male
Looks: In human form, Kargo is a big strong man with crazy red hair and a thick beard. His eyes are bright blue. In wolf form he is alpha-sized with red fur.
Rank: Second in command type rank. He will soon be alpha once his father steps down or dies.

Both packs have grown well over the years, with smaller scuffles here and there. In Dash's pack Alex had given Dash four litters of pups over the years, and with the other females in the pack having pups their numbers increased greatly. In Huxley's pack they also grew larger in numbers.

The young male patrolled the borders of the territory like a lion. It was one of his jobs . He often entered Dash's territory leaving scent marks closer and closer claiming the area as his. This time though, he sees a smaller male in the distance. He's far out in the woods in his territory but why is he alone? He looks at him. Must be Dash's boy. Kargo prowls closer for a better look.

Mercrutio had noticed the decline in his pack's territory or at last, his parents' territory. The scrawny looking man with dusty brown hair that was very short yet had a wavy look to it was kept under a top hat that looked to be crocheted; it was old birthday present but it worked for what it was needed for. A long black coat was on that hid their whole backside from sight and it was currently buttoned up, only allowing the grey pants and brown shoes to be seen. As much as Mercrutio had noticed the declining turf, he struggled to get anyone to listen to him about. After all, what did he know? He was just the weird runt.

His back was to the direction that Kargo was coming from. A burlap bag rested next to him as he was currently searching for herbs, winter was coming and thus these were hard things to get.

Kargo decides to give the smaller male a good spook. He quietly switches to his human form and silently creeps closer and closer. What to say.. what to say.. Kargo wasn't as cruel as his father but he did enjoy a good practical joke. "What are you doing in MY territory!" The male barked in a loud authorative voice.

The sudden voice did cause Mercrutio to jump and turn around. Revealing reddish brown eyes that soon glated at em.

"Your turf?!" Mercrutio snapped. "I know well were I am and I suggest you get out before the real owners show up!"

The land did belong to Dash, but with Kargo marking it closer and closer it didn't smell like Dash's land at this point. "It smells like my land, and you're trespassing." Kargo growled back, but his eyes were playful. He dared to take a couple steps closer.

"Well it ain't, so bugger off!!" Mercrutio growled as he reached behind himself.

Grabbing a staff that had rested against the tree behind him. Course he pulled it out from behind him and swung it at the male.

Kargo bared his teeth, ducking out of the way from the blow. Did this little guy serioisly think he could hit him? The stronger male growled a bit and lunged forward to take the stick from him. He seemed angry but he was just playing around. "You're Dash's boy, right?" He questioned, holding the stick above his head.

Swinging the staff and missing, hus hat slid a but but fell off when the bigger man yanked the staff out of his hands.

"Hey!!" Mercrurio snapped as he tried to get it back.

Course on the top of his head, rested a pair of wolf ears that twitched. Part of being a runt, he was unable to fully take human form. Hiding behind him was a thick bushy tail.

"And what if I am? It doesn't matter, there are plenty of others." Mercrutio growled, revealing two stubborn fangs that wouldn't go away.

Kargo teasingly held the stick just out of the smaller male's reach. He smirked a bit when the hat was knocked off revealing the pair of wolf ears. He could tell. "You're an omega, aren't you?" He asked, staring down at Mercruiro.

"No, I'm just the runt. That has nothing to do with my status." Mercrutio replied as he went for his hat and put it back on.

Omegas didn't have parts of them changed all the time. Mercrutio just never could fully grasp a human form. No matter what he did. He was born a wolf pup like normal but when it came time to take on a human look well, he struggled.

Kargo turned his head to the side much like a confused dog. In his pack, anyone with someone like that was an omega. His father was a fierce ruler and very strict, making rules like that.
"Huh. It's different in my pack." He said. Anyone not able to handle a human form was weak in their eyes and couldn't progress to a higher rank regaurdless of strength or size.

"Oh well, now give it back and go back to your pack." Mercrutio replied, clearly still annoyed. "You aren't a loner, so why not go back to them?"

Kargo lowered the staff he was holding, returning it to the owner. He wanted to talk with him again, but he respected his boundaries now though. He was fascinated with other packs and how they worked- especially this one. He had heard many stories about Dash and his pack.
"Alright alright I'll stop bothering you." He said, but he knew he was going to come back and try and find him again.

Taking the staff back, Mercrutio gave a sigh before uttering a small thanks. Course he felt after that. He would try to inform his mother about this, though he could only pray that she'd believe him. Hell, he could only hope to find her through all their siblings to get even a chance to speak to her.

Kargo gave a small nod and then left, vanishing into the brush. He'd stay away for now but he did want to 'accidentally' 'meet up with this male again. Kargo was going to need A mate if he was to lead a pack. He didn't like any of the other wolves his age in the pack in a romantic way.

The days passed and of course, Mercrutio couldn't get his parents to listen to him. So as the days passed, he ended up meeting up with Kargo a few times. At most they were on accident but they started to get along. It was weird. At some point, Mercrutio started to view them as a friend but he knew his parents wouldn't care if he told them of this event in his life.

It was fun having a forbidden friend to meet with and talk to every once and a while. It made him feel like a kid with secret he was keeping from his parents.
He sniffed about for the male. Today he had brought some food so they could talk and chill out. He brought some meat that was cooked and even had a bit of seasonings on it.

Mercrutio was by the lake, currently with a basket with various small bottles of paint and ornamental balls that needed to be painted. In fact, he was working on one right now. It currently had a layer of white paint on it and now the man was appyling red paint to it. Making a swirl design as if it was a candy cane; except it was a round one.

Kargo had finally caught his friend's scent and trotted towards it until he saw him by the lake. What was he doing?
"Hey Mercrutio!" He greeted. He plopped down across from him, confused to as what he was doing. "What are you doing with those?" He asked curiously. He started owpneont the bag of food he had brought.
