The walk out to his car had been slow, Cruz slowing down for Aren to waddle along with him. He controlled himself from helping Aren when he struggled to lower himseld into the carseat, and when they inside Aren's house, he finally couldnt just let Aren struggle trying to push himself up. He once again offered his hand to heave him up before picking up the food.
