In the shadows of Caldwell New York, a secret war is raging. Vampires and the de-souled humans who hunt them have been mortal enemies for millenia, but lately the battle has taken a new turn. Vampire scientists have made a breakthrough of late---it turns out that while lessers (members of the Lessening Society; vampire-hunters that used to be human) are impotent, they are not infertile. Yes, instead of merely killing lessers or sending them back to theiur unholy master, the Black Dagger Brotherhood has begun to capture them and use them for breeding--both males and females alike. The half-vampires are being raised specially to hunt down and kill other lessers, and will also bolster the vampire population's declining numbers.
((This rp will take place in a thread---or over pms if you prefer--and will be set in JR. Ward's Black Dagger Brotherhood (click it!) universe. Lessers are male by default, but you can play a female if you wish. Be warned that either gender is likely to be brutally abused and raped copiously by the Brotherhood and their associates; vampires harbor a massive hate of the former-humans for killing so many of their kind. If gore squicks you out this can be elided. Once we have a decent amount of lessers I'll open the way for more vampires to join! Sign-ups are as follows:
Name: (Lessers go by their last initial, so for instance a Roderick King would be known as Mr. K after the transition.)
Age: (Lesser don't age, but then do gradually get paler as time goes by. Newbies still have their hair and eye and skin color, and are brash and impulsive; referred to as Betas. Oldbies are white-blonde, gray-eyed and have bloodless-white skin; they tend to be calmer and clearer-headed. These are called Primes.They all reek of baby powder and bleed a toxic black oil; they don't eat or excrete and can't get an erection but do need short periods of rest between killings.)

Killed or enslaved?: (When you concieve would you prefer to give birth and then be killed, or kept in chains to be raped pregnant over and over and over again?)
