He dressed himself up and then told his secretary that he was going home, but not before kissing her and telling her that he had a great time. When he got home, he didn't even bother to take off his clothes before he flopped onto his bed and immediately fell asleep as he hoped that everything will be better in the morning.

After finding a hotel and checking in, Adara hurried to her hotel room. She set her bag down and pulls out the book of shadows from the bag, locking her door before sitting down on the bed. Her fingers runs down the list of spells "There you are" She checks the page number and flips to it.

Sam groaned as he woke up the next morning. He felt really strange but doesn't really know why. But before he could get himself to think straight, he felt a sudden rush of nausea hit him and he rushed towards the bathroom. When he reached the toilet, he immediately kneeled in front and emptied his stomach's contents into the toilet bowl. Afterwards, he flushed the toilet and shakily got back to his feet. He looked around for his cell phone and called his secretary.

'This is all probably due to the stress of running a company. Not to mention what happened with Adara.' Sam thought to himself as he got dressed in some clean, casual clothes and went downstairs to get himself some breakfast.

Adara woke up to a peaceful and lonely morning, but with same nausea she has been experiencing every morning for the past two months. After several minutes in the bathroom, she was ready to go out and to her old home with Sam to pack her stuff. She speed down the streets and stopped at the doctor's office. "Good morning, Ella. Doctor Bowens told me to come pick up the test results."

Adara smirked to herself and heads upstairs, the pregnancy result letter slipped out of her back pocket and fell at the first step of the stairs.

After putting some bacon in the microwave and putting a couple of waffles into the toaster, Sam quickly headed upstairs to see if Adara wasn't taking anything of his, but then he saw the letter on the stairs. He picked it up and saw that it has already been opened, so he decided to look at the paper inside and was shocked to discover that according to what's written on it, Adara was pregnant!

He hoped that this didn't have anything to do with what happened a couple of months ago, he wasn't ready to be a father! He was about to panic when he heard a growl from his stomach that reminded him that he had breakfast cooking, so he headed back to the kitchen with letter in hand. He would ask her about the letter later, but right now there were waffles and strips of bacon that needed to be drizzled in chocolate syrup.

Adara sat on the bed and folded her clothes, packing them organizely in the suitcase. Her eyes went to the pictures of them framed and place on top of the fireplace. She got up and took out the pictures from the frames and toss the memories into the fire.

After she was done packing all of her things, she rolled her suitcases down the stairs, one step at a time. The smell of bacon and waffles filled the air once she got down to the first floor. She left her suitcases at the door to go say bye to Sam "I finished packing my things, there's nothing left that belongs to me in your room. I'm leaving now"

"Wait a minute! I think you forgot something." Sam said as he showed Adara the letter in one hand and shoved a chocolate syrup-covered strip of bacon into his mouth with the other. After he chewed and swallowed, he said to her.

Adara grabbed the letter from him and hands him the house keys "I don't need you in this baby's life. I didn't date you for the money, I dated you because you were a nice loving guy."

With that, she heads down to the door "Oh and, I quit . I won't work for the company anymore" She say then leaves the house

After Adara left, Sam thought about what she said as he continued to eat. Despite the assumptions she made about who he dated, Adara was actually his first girlfriend. She got on her knees and picked up the picture, feeling betrayed as she held it and quickly let it drop back on the ground. "Maybe living with the humans isn't as fun as it seems" Adara said aloud, not hearing her door open

And despite me not expecting you to forgive me, I just want to say that I am deeply, truly sorry." After a long, awkward silence, he then asked her.

"So you said that what's going on with me is what I deserved, right? What exactly do you mean by that? Do you know what's happening to me?"
