Dr. Matthew Sommer, the younger brother of the well known Mpreg-Specialist Dr. Andreas Sommer, is a young obstetrician, whose office is located in a small mountain village in Canada, called "Forest Hills".
The village counts about 200 inhabitants and is far away from civilization, which results in car and bus rides up to 45 minutes through narrow valleys and over high mountains.
Dr. Sommer is the doctor of the village and lives there with his family, consisting of his wife Joanna and his son Alex.

Luka alked around the area of the village, looking for Doctor Sommers' hut. His stomach, large, round and obviously pregnant with some, was quaking in pain. He walked further and further before coming to a familar hut. He walked to it an knocked on the doork hoping the doctor was in.

Dr. Sommer heard his scream, quickly stood up from behind his desk and went to the door to open it.
"Hello. What is wrong with you ??", he said and stepped closer to the man.
Luka held his large belly, clenching his eyes shut in pain. "Hurts...." Was the only response that the tribesman could give. He waddled into the doctor's home, panting and shivering from the cold weather outside. He was obviously in major pain, as it showed in his posture

Dr. Sommer nodded, gently took his arm and helped him in. "Okay. I am Dr. Sommer.......you can call me Matthew..........do you understand me ??", he asked him, not sure, if he would understand English.
"Oui....I can understand English." He nodded, groaning,"Matthew..." He started to remove his furred coat and moccasins, feeling warm and labored. "Made offering to great serpent. This is how ot repays me..."

Dr. Sommer looked at the huge belly of the man and opened his eyes wider. "A serpent did this to you ?? With what are you pregnant, with eggs ??", he asked him, trying to understand the situation.
"Oui....eggs." He panted and leaned against the nearest wall, trying not to feeak out.

Dr. Sommer nodded. "Okay, then just come with me into the examination room and sit down on the bed..........and just relax, I will help you, you don't need to worry", he said and smiled.
By the way. "Do you speak French ?? If you want, we can speak French, Luka, I had it in school", the doctor added with a smile, thinking that talking in his language could give him more confidence.
"Oui...my mother was Quebeci French, and my father is First Nations." He nodded, following doctor Sommers into the examination roo. There, je slipped out of his deerskin pants, now fully natural and nude.

Dr. Sommer nodded with a smile. "D'accord, Luka. Then just lay yourself flat on the table and spread your legs please.........", he started, thinking what his explanations meant in French. "Alors, met toi sur le lit et déploi tes jambes........", he translated..........
Luka nodded and did what he was told. He laid back on the cool examination table, spreading his legs. Normally, he would be timid in doing so, but considering the circumstances, he would oblige.

Dr. Sommer nodded. "Yes, just like that", he said with his friendly voice, impressed by the naturally muscular body of his patient.
He took some gloves out of he pockets of his coat and put them over his hands, before taking a chair from the wall and rolling it to the end of the table, while sitting down.
When he looked between the young man's legs, he raised an eyebrow and seemed to be a bit surprised...........
"Luka............How long are you already having those pains you told me about ??", he asked him.
"Two hours...only until now have they been unbearable." Luka responded with a grunt, panting through the pain. "But...the fluids have not broken yet." He felt tortured and pinished by the spirits.

Dr. Sommer nodded. "Okay..........but they surely will in the next couple of hours........you are already dilated to about 4 cm and that's a very fast progress for 2 hours of contractions", he explained.
"How big are those eggs, that you conceived. Did you already see a birth of eggs, given by the big serpent ??", the doctor asked, trying to calculate how far the rectum of his patient would dilate yet............
"I have seen others...." Luka panted,"They are like Emu eggs in size." He moaned deeply as a stronger pain rippled in his belly.

Dr. Sommer wanted to calm the young man, who got tortured by another contraction, but in that second he suddenly heard a huge splash and a gush of amniotic fluid came out of Luka's entrance.
He raised an eyebrow in surprise. "Okay.........stay calm, Luka and take nice deep breaths........in and out, in and out.........", he said.
"Heee...hooo...." Luka breathed deeply, feeling absolutely strange when he felt the waterd break. He kept his legs apart, breathing heavily.

Dr. Sommer nodded. "That's it, you're doing great", he said and smiled.
He took a tissue from a cupboard and gently wiped away the amniotic fluid of Luka's entrance, before putting on some gloves and gently checking it with his finger. The skin felt very soft and almost loose, as if the rectum would have dilated even more in this short time.
"Oh wow, you are making a great progress......", he said, as his entrance was now already 8 centimeters dilated.
"Are you having those pains all the time, or are they fading from time to time ??", he asked, confused by the fact, that Luka was in constant pain.
