A band of travelers dressed in full coverings walked in silence though the harsh desert. They had been traveling for two days and three nights. They were from a nearby by village. The travelers arrived to the entrance of the large stone temple. It was hidden away by the sand and revealed it's self to those who the creatures wished to see. They entered into shrine quietly with their heads bowed down out of respect for the creatures called Naga. The only Naga they found however was slender sight muscular one with golden tanned flesh, deep black smooth hair that was braided. His eyes were a golden amber with slit pupils like a tiger's own. His scaly tail was golden and green they shone under the torches. The Naga was curled up on a pile of large stuffed colorful pillows that served as a throne. "What business do you have with me travelers?". Coatl asked in a icy tone. "Lord Coatl, please we have come to ask for your blessing upon our land and people. And beg you your forgiveness. Please in exchange we shall offer you a bride." The leader of the group replied.
Coatl paused as he heard them out. He was ready to throw them out of his home. It was there fault he was the one of his kind. The Naga depended on the humans to help continue their bloodline. But after the humans turned their backs on the Naga. They slowly died out. "Would my chosen bride be a pure untouched male who shall bare me plenty of nagalings restoring my kind?." He asked liking the idea more as He thought about it. "Yes, my Lord. He will be flawless and beautiful who will bare you many healthy offspring". The leader nodded. "Very well then, you ten years starting on this day to present me with my chosen bride". Coatl replied smoothly. This agreement was made ten years ago. Coatl purred softly as watched the band of travelers traveling to his shrine once more. But this time they had a fine carriage with them with a young male covered in pure silk veils and jewelry. "Soon we will be together my bride". He chuckled softly at glass ball he was using.

The travelers rode in silence. Ryne would never be allowed to return to his home or the village. His purpose was to please his Naga husband and restore the lost race.
