Scott walked to the door and rang the bell ring. It was starting to snow out there and he was starting to feel the cold wind. He gave a small rub on his belly to calm the babies, who were kicking him, but this only made them kick him more

Indeed, he had been feeling sharp pains in his belly since he had woken up, but he thought it was probably just Braxton Hicks contractions
