A male student finds himself going into labor during the night of the most important game of the season and the football teams captain, the babies father, finds him and misses the game.

A young man known as Kade had been in the hallway of the school, looking in his locker for a few books that he had needed for that evening with his tutor. He had sighed heavily, closing his locker and locking it back up with his lock. He was about to walk to the tutor's room for that evening, soon feeling a dull but slowly sharpening pain in his sore and aching back that had spread to his stomach area as it was swollen and large in size. The father of the child was the football team's captain who he had a heated and passionate one night stand with. "God .. not now .. not here." He had said softly to avoid being heard as a hand had held his stomach, panting with a soft groan of despair and distress.

Chris was just finishing up his last test of the day. He turned in the test booklet to one of the last remaining teachers on campus, many of which had already left for the day. Gathering his books into his bag he quickly exited the classroom before making his way down the hall toward the locker room.

Kade had sat down, wrapping his arms around his swollen stomach which was shifting from left to right with the baby's movements which were slowly becoming hectic. He had groaned softly, trying not to make too much noise because it would gain unwanted attention. He had panted while he had tried to stand back up but a strong and gut wrenching kick from the unborn child within him had sent him back down on the bench with a cry of pain. "Ah! .." He had cried out once more as a few more kicks had been experienced, whimpered pitifully while trying his very hardest to get to his feet but that was proving to be more and more of a problem. He had felt tears burning in his eyes and streaming down his face as he had struggled to be strong through all of this, not knowing that soon the father of his child would be in the locker room with him.

Chris quickly makes his way into the locker room but not before stopping by his locker to put his books away. After putting away his books Chris makes his way into the locker room.

Kade had begun crying, still trying his very best to get to his feet but he was in too much pain to attempt it. He had quivered in fear, fearing that he would have his baby alone in the locker room and soon the crying of the baby would probably bring a few curious students to the locker room. He had tried to stay strong but he could not simply get up so he was helpless. He had wanted to fade away, he had wanted to be invisible as he had heard the dreaded sound that he had never wanted to hear, the sound of the locker room door opening and closing.

It wasn't that difficult for Chris to hear the faint sound of crying in the silence of the locker room. Closing the door behind him he made his way around the corner before coming to the row of lockers and benches only to find Kade in a rather serious perdiciment while sitting on one of the benches.

Kade had looked up and had seen the football player who was the father of his child. He had swallowed hard, feeling nervous around his friend who was the captain of the football team and was of the more popular man of the crowd of popular and well liked people. He had wanted to speak to Chris but the pains had become steadily worse and worse to handle as the baby had become more and more anxious to be born.

Chris simply stares at Kade for a moment or two before noticing the thrashing of the child even under Kade's shirt which was rather tight around his enlarged stomach.

Kade had felt embarrassed, being out in public and in pain. He had laid down on the bench upon one of his sides as his voice was silenced by harsh groaning and heavily panted breaths. He had tried resisting a strong urge to throw up on the floor, clenching his teeth as his hands had gripped his stomach as the baby began dropping and struggling to be head down for the birthing process. "Chris .. please .. help me." He had pleaded to Chris through groans of pain.

Chris slowly makes his way over to Kade, helping to ease the other male into a squatting position with his arms braced against the bench. They both knew that Kade's water hadn't broken yet but Chris was hoping that maybe gravity would help move the baby down.

Kade had felt pain whenever he had moved around but he had went through it like a champ during the first few minutes as he was helped into a squatting position in front of the sturdy wooden bench. He had clenched his jaw tightly and panting heavily while he had felt the baby slowly shifting in his round globe of a stomach. He had laid the back of his head against the bench, trying to gather all of his strength and get it back so he could be strong enough to push whenever he had felt an urge. He had soon

They hadn't worried about removing Kade's pants or shirt just yet, Chris hoping that possibly the contractions would ease and he would possibly be able to get Kade to the hospital.

Kade had whimpered in agony and pain, clutching his swollen globe of a stomach as a harsh kick sent him bending over. He had sighed with relief as the pains had stopped for a while so that he could gather up his strength.

It was no use in trying to get Kade to move, it wasn't happening. Chris simply states at him for a few minutes before he disappears as he looks around for some clean towels and stuff.

Kade had panted and huffed deep breaths, trying to control his breathing and be calm. He had whimpered, holding onto the wooden bench tightly with his hands. He had groaned in pain as the pains became worse and worse and more closer together. He had put a hand upon his swollen belly, rubbing it to try to get the pains under control like he had wanted it to do. He had watched the father of his child walking around to find towels and many other items for the birthing process that they would both soon go through because of the baby wanting to be born.

"Has your water broke yet?" Chris looks over at Kade as he lays some towels down on the mats.

Kade shook his head, panting while he had spoken between hard breaths. "No .. not yet." He had felt pain course through his body, groaning in pain as he had continued to rub his sore stomach.

"Sit down until you feel ready, might save some energy. Do you want to try and make it to the hospital?"

Kade had nodded and had sat down on the bench, rubbing his swollen and aching stomach. "Yes. I would like to go to the hospital." He said breathlessly, wincing in pain whenever he had felt the baby kicking with rough movements. He had felt as though his body were tearing itself apart, groaning in pain when he had felt as though his body was aching beyond his control.

Chris nods before coming over and helping Kade up but before either of them can move another pain strikes nearly sending Kade to his knees.
