Sam could see Henry's legs were red by his hands grabbed and holding ti so tight. He should apologize his husband later when everything was over. "Arghhh, Baby!" He moaned even louder while pushing so hard. Even it was not hard like the head, but still not easy for Sam. He took more pushes all his strength to push the first shoulder out.
