"It's okay, at least you got to do it once." Andrea said with a soft kiss to his cheek, a hand on Brandon's belly as some of the babies kicked.

"And maybe a little when this is all over?" Brandon teased as he walked his fingers up her arm. He rubbed at his belly slowly with the other hand. "I don't know how they have room in there..."

"Why not?' Andrea said as she kissed him again, "As for the babies, well they're growing pretty well but they're not that big to be cramped...maybe." She added thoughtfully.

"What is that supposed to mean?" Brandon asked as he pulled away to give her a playfully quizzical look.

[EnamelEyes]

"What does what mean?" Andrea returned in a quick childish grin as she pecked on Brandon's cheek again.

"I don't know. I always figured you knew more about this pregnancy than I did, I just never bothered to ask."

[EnamelEyes]

'I'm pretty sure that's your obstetrician that knows more." Andrea said as she smirked at his thought, "That doctor is very competent too."

"Well I'm very glad for that. But I like the way you take care of me too..." he said as he gave Andrea another smooch.

"You like how I take care of you? And how do I take care of you even?" Andrea asked with another kiss.

"Like this," Brandon teased as he ran a hand over her naked body. 

[EnamelEyes]

Andrea shuddered as she felt his warm touch run down her body. "I see..." She muttered in her low voice.

"You think you could tell me about some of these scars? I want to know about the Colonel's brave adventures..."

[EnamelEyes]

"You sure you wanna know about em?" Andrea asked with a quirked brow, "Cause some of these stories are pretty ugly."

"Impress me..." Brandon almost purred, which surprised him.

[EnamelEyes]

Taking a deep breath, Andrea began one story as she gestured at a bullet wound on her shoulder.

"I was just new to the force back then and it was my first drug raid, but it got messy and well...I shielded a little girl from being hurt. Next thing I know I now I can't move my shoulder properly cause of too many nerves shattered and damaged." She stopped talking as she fingered the scar with a thoughtful gaze.

"Wow...you're a hero, Colonel!" Brandon was amazed as he looked at her. He never suspected that she was more than an average military officer. "What happened to the girl?"

"She was sent to a proper home and is now a high school student about to graduate as cum laude." She said with pride.

"Incredible...why don't you tell that story? It'd inspire the troops, be great for morale and that sort of thing," he praised.

[EnamelEyes]

Andrea shook her head, "Pride is something I prefer not to show my troops." She said with a shrug, she never found a good reason to brag about scars anyway.

"Well, you would know best, I suppose..." he stroked her hair gently. "I still think you should brag, though," he winked.
