Sonic nods a bit as he tries to wipe the tears off his face, taking shaky breaths to try and calm himself down. He rests his head on Tiff's shoulder, staying close to the hedgewolf for warmth and comfort "Can you...agh...let Shadow know that we're all okay? He m-must be really worried..." The hedgehog asks her.

"Yeah, I definitely will. He has tried to call me twenty-two times in the last hour. Poor guy." Tiff said back to the blue hedgehog with a smile, she sends Shadow a detailed message on what was happening on her watch and she added, "And done! I have told him and he's replying to the message now."

Sonic lets out a relieved sigh and smiles a bit at the news "That...ngh...sounds like him...he worries so much...a-ah! Mmmngh...owwww..." He yelps and groans, squeezing Tiff's hand again as he feels something happening within him again.

Tiff immediately got up, rushed over in between his legs and checked his dilation. Her eyes widened in surprise and she said out loud, "Wow, that was quick. Uh, you're at 8 centimetres and this baby must want to come out."

"Already?" He asks softly once the pain fades, his voice already sounding exhausted "B-But I can't push until I'm...mmgh...a-at 10 centimeters, right?"

Tiff thought for a moment and replied back to the blue hedgehog, "Yes, you can't push until you're 10 centimetres."

Sonic groans loudly and shifts to lay on his side, trying to get more comfortable while he rode out the pain "D-Did Shadow answer...mmmngh...your message yet...?"

Tiff looked at her own watch and she said out loud what Shadow sent, "He says he loves you and that you're in very good hands. Aww what a sweetheart. Although, Shadow says he is going to kill me if something goes wrong. Mmm, charming..."

Sonic chuckles softly and shakes his head "That's my, Sh-Shadow...don't worry, I won't...a-agh...let him kill you" He tells her, wincing with a pained gasp.

Tiff sighed in relief and she sat in front of the blue hedgehog preparing to help the laboring hedgehog deliver his babies, "Thank god, the amount of times where he nearly has, sheesh."

The laboring hedgehog pants heavily and yelps in pain as he feels a light pressure building low inside his tight stomach each time another sharp pain hits.

"Wow, that was a big one wasn't it? Ok, I think it's nearly time." Tiff said back to Sonic and she got his legs over her shoulders gently.

He nods anxiously "I-I think I'm ready..." The hedgehog says, his legs trembling slightly as he looks over to Tiff "Just tell me wh-what to do...ah! Ohhh c-crap...I-I think something's happening!" He gasps.

"Push as hard as you can, sweetheart! Hold my hand." She said back to the blue hedgehog and she held his hand tightly with her prosthetic hand.

Sonic takes a deep breath and pushes as hard as he can, his tight grip nearly crushing Tiff's prosthetic hand as he screams for Shadow. Whatever resolve the blue hedgehog had to keep up a brave face had completely shattered the moment that searing pain pierced through him, starting in his middle and racing up his spine as he pushes with all of his might.

Tiff kept looking at the progress, she didn't feel the squeezing of her prosthetic hand and she said back to Sonic, "Yes, that's it darling! Keep pushing!"

Sonic gasps and pants heavily to catch his breath before pushing again, his body trembling and sweating from the effort as he whined and swore loudly with each push.

“That’s it, darling! Good job, you’re nearly crowning!” Tiff said back to the blue hedgehog and she continued to observe everything well. He was doing excellent, she noticed the baby started to crown and she said back to Sonic happily, “I can see the top of the baby’s head!”

Sonic manages to give her a small smile as he stops to catch his breath, shutting his eyes to ease some of the dizziness he was feeling before pushing again and crying out when the pain escalates as his first child's head started to squeeze it's way out.

“That’s it, darling. Keep pushing when you feel the contraction.” Tiff said back to the blue hedgehog, she got the towels closer to her and she got ready to catch the first born pup.
