"Okay" reiji says. He pushes hard. "Urrrrrrrghhhh!"

The first of the huge shoulders pops out roughly

Reiji pushes again and screams loudly.

The second shoulder pops out and the rest of the baby slides out into Kayo's arms

Reiji feels a huge sense if relief as his body finally stops aching. He relaxes himself, and his belly quickly deflates.

Kayo takes the baby and cleans it then wraps it in a blanket and goes to leave the room

Reiji was exhausted from the ordeal, and eventually falls asleep.

Kayo takes the baby boy to the nursery he has built and places him in the crib. after a few hours he brings the baby to Reiji

Reiji wakes up and holds the baby in his arms. He was still not completley accepting his new life, but he did manage a smile while holding the baby.

"He needs to be fed and in a few days we will make his sibling" Kayo says before leaving Reiji with the baby

'In a few days we will make his sibling' The words rung in Reiji's ears. He was so exhausted from the birth he had forgotten that Kayo would have to rape him again. The baby fell asleep Reiji's arms, and he laid there as motionless as a rock.

Kayo goes into town, grabbing more supplies for his next plan involving the young boy and his children

Reiji still lays in bed, and eventually he falls asleep again.

Kayo comes home a while later and gets straight to work

Reiji sees Kayo. "Oh, your back." He says. "What are you doing?"

"Setting things up. The first experiment was a success so now time to move on"

Reiji nods, his face was blank. "Oh, okay." He says.

Kayo goes through the bottles of medicine he has brought with him

Reiji notices them. "What are those for?" He asked.

"Some will help you bulk up so you can handle pregnancy better and some are hormones"
