"I just thought it would be cute." Marius said as he looked through the clothes.

Astien picke up a small package of socks. "Ooh. These look comfy." He held them against his belly, and Aiden kicked in agreement.

[Eskal]

Marius chuckled and held up a pair of booties. "How about these?"

Aiden happily kicked. "I think that's a yes." Astien said with a chuckle. "I haven't had this much fun in a while." He admitted.

[Eskal]

"This is nice," Marius said.

Astien picked up another piece of baby clothing and immediately began cooing over it. "This is so precious! Look at this! Oh Aiden would look so adorable in this!" His face fell when he saw the price tag. "Oh..."

"Yikes," Marius said as he took a look at the price tag. "Have you thought about having a shower?"

Astien shook his head. "To be honest, it's never crossed my mind until right now. But isn't a shower generally a thing OTHER people do for you? It seems kind of presumptuous to hold one for yourself, in my opinion."

[Eskal]

"It was just a suggestion."

"Maybe you can throw me one. It can be an apology for calling me fat." Astien teased.

[Eskal]

Marius chuckled. "A baby shower and a wedding on Cresent Bay, now it just sounds like I'm spoiling you."

"It does, doesn't it?" Astien chuckled.

[Eskal]

Marius chuckled and kissed Astien's cheek.

Astien felt himself blush, and stopped smiling when he felt a heat rising within him. "Marius, I'm feeling hot again. Let's pay for what we have, and get home."

[Eskal]

Marius nodded and walked with Astien to the front desk where they paid for their items. Once they left the store he picked Astien up and hurried back to the house.

By the time they returned to the house, Astien felt himself grow unbearably hot. He began removing his clothing as he felt them growing extremely uncomfortable.

Marius drew a cold bath and loaded the tub with ice before helping Astien into it.

Astien eased himself into the tub, panting and sweating.
