"That's an optional contract for one year. You get that stuff tomorrow, too." Vica's dad walked on stage and gave her a bouquet or 2 dozen blue roses. She kissed his cheek and shook his hand.

Sean went with Vica to her house.

Vica put the roses into a vase. "Good job, Sean. Are you looking forward to anything in particular?"

"Just anything." Sean replied.

Vica smiled and came over and gave Sean a kiss. "Good night."

"Goodnight." Sean slept in his stable room.

That night Vica woke up from a nightmare. She was frightened and worried, but couldn't remember what it was. She went down stairs to check on Sean.

Sean soon woke up. "Vica? Are you OK?"

Vica saw she had woken Sean. "Oops, I'm sorry... I just...." she said in a whisper. She felt a little embarrassed now. She moved her hair away from her face. "I had a bad dream, and I got scared..... Can I sleep with you?"

Sean smiled and nodded. "Of course, you can."

Vica smiled and crawled into his bed. It felt soft. She got under the covers and settled down.

They soon fell asleep.

Vica woke up to see sunlight shining in from a window. Her head was on Sean's arm and she was hugging him. She felt the baby moving under his skin, and she reached down and patted it trying to calm it, and give Sean five more minutes of sleep.

Five minutes later, Sean woke up.

"Good morning." Vica smiled.

"Good morning." Sean smiled back.

"Thanks for letting me sleep with you." Vica said feeling bashful.

"No prob." Sean smiled.

Vica smiled back and got up. "Let's get ready to go get our trophies!"

Sean smiled and followed her.
